Q: How much will my order cost?
A: Your price will be determined by following:
- The quantity and type of shirts you require, youth, adult, 50/50 (cotton/polyester vs. 100% cotton oversize shirts cost more.
- Shirt color–white shirts cost less than color shirts.
- Number of print locations: front, back, side or sleeve prints
- How many colors are printed for each shirt location
- Design work required for your shirt
- Type of delivery required. Our normal delivery is 7 days, we also offer a 3 day service and a next day service, for next day delivery order must be place and design approved by 10:00 EST
Q: What sort of turnaround time do you offer on your printing?
A: Once you approve the artwork we send to you, we can guarantee to fit it into our schedule within ten business days. If your shirt is for a dated event (family reunion, class trip, etc) be sure to let us know when your deadline is, and we can make arrangements to get them into your hands on time. Keep in mind that if your deadline is very tight (within a week of getting your quote) we may have to charge you a rush fee.
Q: Do I need to have my own artwork before I get my shirts produced?
A: No, our capable art staff will go to work for you to create the design you’re looking for. We will take your direction and create what you need, right, easy, and on time.
Q: I have a graphic I want to use already! Can you produce it?
A: Most likely we can! Barring any legal issues, RMR should be able to create an excellent product from whatever artwork you might have. However, there are some technical issues with filetypes and image quality that might create problems, the professionals at RMR are capable of helping you work through it and ensure your satisfaction with your finished shirts.
Q: What kind of art files do you accept?
A: We work best with the first generation art file, like a PSD or AI file. This ensures we have the maximum quality available to create your shirts. The following file types are also acceptable:
Q: Do you print on anything other than T-Shirts?
A: We have a large number of print-ready products, all of them ready to be printed with your logo or artwork. These include Polo Shirts, Longsleeve Ts, Hoodies and Fleece, Towels, Bags, Green Bags, Totes, and other merchandise. Check out our products page for more information.
Q: Can I have different shirt colors printed with the same shirt design?
A: Yes. If the design is the same for different shirt colors and you require no ink color changes there is no additional cost. If you require different ink colors for each shirt there will be a $15.00 charge for each ink color change.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card transaction will be transmitted using the most secured technology to date. We also offer Paypal as another safe and secure option. If terms are required please contact our customer care representative for details. Orders requiring terms under $500.00 an additional fee of $25.00 will apply. If you are paying in person at our office in North Tampa, personal checks can also be accepted.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: All local Tampa Bay Area customers can come to our office during regular business hours, M-F to pick up their orders or pay an invoice. This can potentially save you shipping fees or get your shirts to you faster.
