Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How does the design process work?
It’s really easy to design and price your own quality custom t-shirt or garment, whether you are in Tampa or around the world.
Once your order is finalized, one of our friendly customer service agents will contact you by e-mail or phone to smooth out any remaining questions and get your art ideas, which will be communicated to the art department.
The art department, made up of skilled graphic artists and designers, will mock up your idea and e-mail you for approval. Once the art is approved, your order is moved into the production queue.
Ten business days later (unless you’ve opted for a rush order), your order is ready for shipping!

How long have you been in business?
President and founder Robert Russo started his resort and souvenir business in the Tampa area back in 1991. Since then, it’s evolved into one of Tampa’s best printing and t-shirt companies.
Do you have any operations overseas?
We’re proud to be an American small business with 100% of our operations, from design to printing to customer service, located right here in Tampa Bay, Florida.
Where would I have seen any of your work?
You can find our work in fine shops located in airports, hotels, and restaurants nationwide. We also service several theme parks in Orlando, California, Branson, MO, and Pigeon Forge, TN, as well as many customers in Canada and the Caribbean. Many businesses and retailers make a good living selling our fine products to their customers.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, money orders, and checks.
